After reading and watching the videos copyrights violations is a very serious issue these days. I think that we see the warning before we make the copy of a photo or worksheet but the focus is on getting the job done by any means necessary so to speak. Sometimes when we are short of a workbook it is second nature to be so focus on making it happen for the students we tend to just run and make the copies and move on. I can understand how this could have a negative impact on fair use act.
Understanding and respecting copyright really does begin in the classroom and unfortunately many have used the excuse of a lack of funds to do the copy-machine work around. Ack.
